After a week off with a bad lung! not needed – I was back on the Wattbike last night pushing some big Wattage on ABGL 6, loved the feeling (afterwards!). Off out ont he raod bike today as heard its going to be icy over the next week so must get some outdoors stuff done before its all indoor warm stuff.
